This 8-week course is designed to gently lead you out of cycles of shame and into the wholeness and peace of God’s shalom. Together, we will learn to see ourselves through the lens of His love, not through the distorted mirrors of culture, comparison, or condemnation.

📖 Our 8 Lessons Together

During our 8 lessons together we will cover such topics as reclaiming the mirror–seeing what God sees, releasing cultural distortions, embracing the identity in Christ that Jesus died to purchase for us, taking our runaway thoughts captive (before they take us captive!), boundaries, grace in the stumbles and so much more!

💡 How to Use This Space

  • Start with the “Lesson” tab each week — watch the video and work through the companion workbook pages.

  • Join us live on Zoom (links posted in the Events tab). Recordings will be shared if you can’t make it.

  • Post your thoughts, questions, or “aha!” moments in the comments — we grow best together.

  • Please pray for one another. Encourage freely. Extend grace often.

Heidi Bylsma-Epperson
