Questions we’re often asked
What is the best way to reach you?
The best way to reach our team is the form on this page. We read every message and do our best to respond within 2–3 business days.
If your question is about a specific class or purchase, please include as much detail as you can so we can serve you well.
Do you offer personal coaching with Heidi or Christina?
Yes, both Heidi and Christina offer limited one-on-one coaching. Because of the depth and care involved, availability is very limited and offered in specific seasons. If you’re interested, let us know in your message and we’ll share current options (if they’re open).
I’m struggling… is this the right place to reach out?
Yes. You are welcome here.
While we may not be able to provide ongoing personal support through email, we will read your message with care and prayer. If you’re looking for deeper, ongoing support, we can help point you toward one of our classes or the Revelation Within community.
You don’t have to figure this out alone.
What’s the best place to start if I’m new?
If you’re new, we recommend starting with one of these:
- The Rev Within Collective, our community
- Our free Mind Renewal Guide
- Jumpstart to Peaceful Eating
- Mind Renewal Mastery
If you’re unsure, just reach out and tell us a little about where you are. We’d love to help you find a gentle starting place.
Do you focus on weight loss?
No. That’s not our focus.
At Revelation Within, we focus on renewing the mind and walking in truth with God. As thinking changes, behavior often follows, but our goal is freedom, peace, and identity in Christ, not a number on the scale.
I’ve tried everything and nothing works. How is this different?
We understand that feeling.
This isn’t about trying harder or following another set of rules. It’s about learning to think differently, with Jesus, so that change comes from the inside out.
Many who come to Revelation Within have felt stuck for years. What they often discover here is not pressure… but peace. Romans 12:2 tells us, “Be transformed by the renewing of your mind.” That is transformation that lasts!
“Draw near to God, and he will draw near to you.”
