An 8-Week Grace-Filled Journey

From Shame to Shalom

Seeing Yourself Through God’s Eyes

Break free from shame, renew your mind with God’s truth, and experience deeper peace with food, your body, and yourself.

This Is Not Another Shame-Based Program

If you are exhausted from striving, discouraged by the mirror, or trapped in cycles of shame around food, your body, or your thoughts… you are not alone.

And you are not failing God.

From Shame to Shalom is a gentle, grace-filled journey of mind renewal, identity, and peace.

This is not about obsessing over weight, punishing yourself, or trying harder.

It is about learning to see yourself through God’s eyes instead of through shame, culture, condemnation, or fear.

Together, we will practice renewing the mind with scripture, truth, compassion, and Spirit-led tools that help you move toward peace instead of pressure.

What This Journey IS

  • A grace-filled path toward peace and renewal
  • Rooted deeply in scripture and the character of God
  • Focused on identity, mind renewal, and shalom
  • Honest about struggle without glorifying shame
  • A safe place to practice truth, compassion, and surrender
  • Interactive and reflective—not just information to consume
  • Centered on Jesus, not self-effort

What This Journey Is NOT

  • Another diet or behavior-control plan
  • A place for shame, pressure, or perfectionism
  • Obsessive tracking or body monitoring
  • “Fix yourself and try harder” Christianity
  • Surface-level positivity disconnected from real pain
  • Focused on weight, appearance, or earning worth
  • About becoming acceptable to God
Peace I leave with you; my peace I give you. I do not give to you as the world gives. Do not let your hearts be troubled and do not be afraid. ~ John 14:27

This journey may be for you if…

  • You are weary of shame-based approaches to change
  • You long for peace with food, your body, and yourself
  • You love Jesus but feel stuck in exhausting cycles
  • You want mind renewal, not behavior management
  • You are tired of striving and longing for shalom
  • You crave a gentler, grace-filled way forward
  • You want transformation rooted in truth and intimacy with God

We know what it feels like to struggle

Not just with food or body image, but with shame, striving, fear, and the exhausting pressure to “fix” ourselves.

We are not here as experts looking down from a place of perfection. We are women who have met Jesus in weakness and discovered that His grace changes us far more deeply than pressure ever could.

Again and again, God has gently guided us as we have renewed our minds, met us in our pain, and invited us into His peace—not through punishment or performance, but through truth, compassion, surrender, and intimacy with Him.

This journey is not about becoming impressive.
It is about becoming anchored in what is true.

We would be honored to walk alongside you as fellow travelers learning to see ourselves through God’s eyes and experience the shalom He lovingly offers.

Ready to Begin?

You do not have to force your way into peace.

Together, we will practice renewing the mind with scripture, truth, compassion, and Spirit-led tools that help you move toward shalom instead of shame.

This is not about becoming perfect.

It is about learning to live anchored in what is true.
