Who we are

This Privacy Policy explains how Revelation Within (“we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, and protects your information when you visit RevelationWithin.com (the “Site”), purchase a course, membership, or coaching, or use the Rev Within Collective mobile app (the “App”). By using the Site or the App, you agree to the practices described here.

Information we collect

Account information

When you create an account or sign in, we collect your name, email address, and login credentials so we can identify you and give you access to your courses and community.

Purchase information

When you buy something, we collect your name, email address, billing details, and a record of what you purchased. Your card is processed securely by our payment provider. We never see or store your full card number.

Messages and email sign-ups

When you contact us, join our email list, or download a free resource, we collect your name, email address, and anything you choose to share in your message.

Content you create

We collect the content you create in the community and the App, including posts, comments, replies, direct messages, profile details, and any photos or files you upload.

Device and usage information

We collect technical information such as your browser or device type, operating system, app version, and a device identifier, along with how you use the Site and App (for example, the pages and features you open). This keeps things working and helps us improve them.

Push notification tokens

If you turn on notifications in the App, we collect a push notification token so we can send you alerts such as replies, mentions, and community updates. You can turn notifications off at any time in your device settings.

How we use your information

• Create and manage your account and sign you in
• Process your purchases, send receipts, and give you access to what you bought
• Show you your community, courses, posts, messages, and notifications
• Send emails you have signed up for, such as course reminders and encouragement
• Send push notifications you have opted into
• Respond to your questions and provide support
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and improve the Site and App, and keep them secure

Services we rely on

We use a small number of trusted providers to run Revelation Within. Each one handles your information only as needed to do its job.

Stripe

Payments on the Site are processed by Stripe (including options such as Amazon Pay offered at checkout). Stripe receives your payment details directly and handles them under its own privacy policy.

Kit

We use Kit to send email. If you join our list or make a purchase, your name and email address are stored with Kit. Every email includes an unsubscribe link.

Website hosting

The Site and its data are hosted by our web hosting provider on secure servers.

Zoom

Live classes and gatherings are held on Zoom. When you join, Zoom handles your information under its own privacy policy.

Firebase (Google)

The App uses Firebase Cloud Messaging to deliver push notifications. To do this, Google processes your device’s push token and related device identifiers under the Google Privacy Policy.

Apple and Google app stores

The App is distributed through the Apple App Store (and Google Play once our Android app is available), and each may collect information under its own privacy policy.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with anyone for their own advertising.

How your information is shared

Content you post in the community, such as posts, comments, and profile details, is visible to other members according to that space’s access settings. Direct messages are visible only to the people you send them to.

We share information with the service providers above only as needed to run Revelation Within. We may also disclose information if required by law, or to protect the rights, safety, and security of our members or our ministry.

Cookies

The Site uses cookies that are needed to keep you signed in, remember your cart, and complete checkout. We may also use basic analytics to understand how the Site is used. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, though some parts of the Site, like logging in and checkout, may not work without them.

How long we keep it

We keep your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to serve you. Purchase records are kept as long as needed for tax and accounting purposes.

When you delete your App account, it is disabled immediately and your personal information is permanently deleted after 14 days, except where we are required to keep it to meet a legal obligation. To delete your website account, email us and we will take care of it.

Your choices and rights

• Email. Unsubscribe from any email using the link at the bottom.
• Notifications. Turn App notifications on or off in your device settings.
• Your profile. View and update your profile information in the community or the App.
• Delete your account. Delete your App account anytime in its account settings, or email us to delete your website account.
• A copy of your information. Email us to request a copy of the personal information we hold about you, or to ask us to correct or delete it.

Depending on where you live, you may have additional privacy rights under local law. We will honor those requests.

Children’s privacy

The Site and App are not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has given us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information, including secure (HTTPS) connections across the Site. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the date at the top of this page. Significant changes will be shared by email or in the App.
