Welcome to Smart Creator Community.
These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Smart Creator Community mobile application, website, and related services (collectively, the “Service”). By creating an account, logging in, or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not create an account or use the Service.
Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years of age, or the minimum legal age required in your country, to use the Service.
If you are under the age of majority in your jurisdiction, you may only use the Service with the permission and supervision of a parent or legal guardian.
Your Account
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
You agree to:
- Provide accurate and current information.
- Keep your password secure.
- Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
- Accept responsibility for all activity performed using your account.
Acceptable Use
You agree to use the Service responsibly and in accordance with all applicable laws.
You may not:
- Violate any local, state, national, or international laws.
- Upload viruses or malicious software.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts or systems.
- Interfere with the operation or security of the Service.
- Use automated tools to scrape or collect information from the Service.
- Impersonate another individual or organization.
- Circumvent any security or access controls.
User Generated Content
The Service allows users to create, post, upload, comment on, and share content.
You retain ownership of the content you submit.
By posting content, you grant Smart Creator Community a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, display, reproduce, and distribute your content solely for operating and improving the Service.
You are solely responsible for the content you post.
Content Moderation
To maintain a safe and respectful community, we actively moderate user-generated content.
We reserve the right to:
- Remove any content that violates these Terms or our Community Guidelines.
- Suspend or terminate user accounts.
- Restrict access to features or services.
- Cooperate with law enforcement when required by law.
Moderation decisions may be made without prior notice when necessary to protect our community.
Reporting Objectionable Content
Users can report objectionable content directly within the App.
Reports are reviewed by our moderation team as quickly as reasonably possible.
Content that violates our policies may be removed immediately.
Blocking Users
Users may block other members at any time.
Blocking prevents further interaction between users and helps create a safer community experience.
Purchases
The App itself does not sell digital content.
Any memberships, subscriptions, courses, or digital products are purchased separately through our website.
The App provides access only to content that users have already purchased or been granted access to.
Intellectual Property
All software, branding, logos, graphics, designs, text, and other materials provided by Smart Creator Community are protected by intellectual property laws.
Except where expressly permitted, you may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or reproduce any portion of the Service.
Account Suspension or Termination
We may suspend or permanently terminate your account if you:
- Violate these Terms.
- Violate our Community Guidelines.
- Engage in abusive or fraudulent behavior.
- Post illegal or harmful content.
Termination may occur without prior notice when necessary to protect the community.
Deleting Your Account
You can request deletion of your account at any time from within the app.
Open Smart Creator Community and go to Settings → App Settings → Delete Account, then follow the prompts.
What happens after you request deletion:
- Your account is deactivated immediately and you will no longer be able to sign in.
- Your account enters a 14-day deletion period and remains scheduled for deletion during that time.
- After 14 days, your account and associated personal data are permanently deleted.
- Some information may be retained longer only where required by law, or for security, fraud prevention, or backup purposes.
Deleting your account does not automatically cancel memberships or subscriptions purchased through our website. Those must be cancelled separately.
Availability
While we strive to provide reliable service, we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.
Features may change, be modified, or discontinued at any time.
Disclaimer
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.”
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we make no warranties regarding availability, reliability, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Smart Creator Community shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time.
When we do, we will update the “Last Updated” date at the top of this page.
Your continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
