A gentle place to begin

Maybe you are brand new to Revelation Within. Maybe you have been around a while and just want a fresh start. Either way, this little class is a warm, unhurried place to begin again.

We will look at the foundations together: what peace with food can look like when God is at the center, the 5 Intentions of Spirit-Led Eating, and a few simple mind renewal tools you can use the very same day.

What if I can’t make it live?

Every class is recorded and posted inside the class, so you can watch when it works for you. We’d love to see you live if you can!

How long is each class?

We aim for about an hour. Bring your handbook, a pen, and a cup of something warm.
