Our Mission
Smart Creator Community is a place where creators can learn, collaborate, ask questions, and support one another.
We want every member to feel safe, respected, and welcome.
By participating in the community, you agree to follow these guidelines.
Zero Tolerance Policy
We have zero tolerance for objectionable content or abusive behavior.
Content or behavior that violates these guidelines may be removed immediately, and accounts may be suspended or permanently banned without prior warning.
Be Respectful
Treat every member with kindness and professionalism.
Healthy discussion and respectful disagreement are welcome.
Personal attacks are not.
Prohibited Content
The following content is not allowed on Smart Creator Community.
Harassment or Bullying
Do not harass, intimidate, threaten, stalk, insult, or repeatedly target another member.
Hate Speech
Do not post content that promotes hatred, discrimination, or violence against individuals or groups based on race, ethnicity, nationality, religion, disability, age, gender, sexual orientation, or any other protected characteristic.
Threats or Violence
Do not threaten, encourage, or glorify violence against any individual or group.
Sexually Explicit Content
Pornographic, sexually explicit, exploitative, or obscene content is prohibited.
Illegal Content
Do not promote or facilitate illegal activities, including fraud, piracy, hacking, or the sale of illegal goods or services.
Spam
Do not post repetitive promotional content, misleading links, scams, unsolicited advertising, or other forms of spam.
Impersonation
Do not impersonate another person, business, organization, or member.
Privacy Violations
Do not post another person’s private information without their permission.
Examples include:
- Home address
- Phone number
- Email address
- Financial information
- Government identification
- Personal documents
False or Misleading Information
Do not intentionally post false information intended to deceive or harm others.
Reporting Content
If you encounter content that violates these guidelines, please use the Report feature available throughout the App.
Every report is reviewed by our moderation team.
Appropriate action will be taken when violations are confirmed.
Blocking Users
If another member behaves inappropriately or makes you uncomfortable, you can block them directly from their profile.
Blocking immediately prevents future interaction and helps protect your experience within the community.
Moderation
Our moderation team reviews reported content and user behavior.
Depending on the severity of the violation, moderators may:
- Remove posts or comments.
- Issue warnings.
- Temporarily suspend accounts.
- Permanently ban users.
- Report illegal activity to the appropriate authorities when required.
Appeals
If you believe moderation action was taken in error, you may contact our support team to request a review.
Submitting an appeal does not guarantee that the original decision will be reversed.
